In practice, CFStream selects the best Algerian producers — flat glass, industrial and automotive paints, engineering plastics, fertilisers — from a network of public and private exporting operators, then orchestrates the complete chain: needs analysis, negotiation at the best price, pre-shipment quality control, export documentation (REACH, CE, EUR.1, ATR, certificates of origin), multimodal transport Algiers / Oran / Skikda / Annaba / Mostaganem / Béjaïa / Ghazaouet ↔ Marseille / Le Havre / Antwerp / Dakar / Lagos, customs clearance at destination and delivery at quay.
Global supply chains are growing more complex: changing Incoterms, tighter customs requirements (ECOWAS, SADC, EU), pressure on lead times, stricter documentation checks. CFStream offers a simple answer: a single point of contact, 12 business sectors, a repeatable method, fully mastered Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP, DDP) and a field team on the ground in Algiers, Perpignan and Marseille. We apply the same standard of execution to buyers based in France, Germany or Italy as to buyers based in Senegal, Côte d'Ivoire, Nigeria or South Africa.
