Three glass bottles with distinctive shapes, lit against a black background

Custom glass

Your shape isn't in any catalogue. We are going to produce it.

A signature bottle, a faceted jar, a logo moulded into the glass: bring a sketch, a sample or just an idea. We draw the plan, make the dedicated mould and mass-produce your container on our lines in Algeria.

From idea to glass

One plan, one mould, your bottle.

A custom container starts with a technical drawing: height, diameter, capacity, finish, glass thickness. We turn it into a 3D model, then into a mould machined from cast iron. The molten glass takes your shape in it, with the same precision, thousands of times a day.

  1. The silhouette: shoulder, body and base, in your proportions.
  2. The relief: logo, name, crest or pattern moulded into the glass.
  3. The finish: twist-off, screw, crown or cork, to suit your closure.
  4. The capacity: usable volume and fill level calculated for your line.

Two ways to stand out

Personalise a model or create your own.

On the shelf, the shape of the container is the first thing a shopper sees, before the label. A container that belongs only to you makes your product recognisable at first glance.

Signature

Personalise a model from the range

Start from one of our 30 proven references and make it yours: your logo or name in relief on the body, shoulder or base. The shape is already proven in production, so tooling is lighter and lead time shorter.

  • The fastest route to a branded container.
  • Your current caps stay compatible.
  • Lower volumes than an exclusive shape.
Exclusive

Create an exclusive shape

A silhouette designed for your brand that no competitor can put on the shelf. We start from your sketch, your sample or your specification and develop the container from A to Z.

  • A dedicated mould, reserved for your production runs.
  • Drawing, 3D model and samples approved before the production run.
  • Repeatable production, order after order.

What we can produce

If it can be moulded in glass, we can produce it.

Square bottles, flasks, faceted jars, apothecary jars, sculpted decanters: each silhouette below illustrates a family of containers that can be made in moulded glass. Yours could be next.

Your choices

Everything is designed, down to the smallest detail.

Silhouette and proportions

Round, square, oval, faceted or sculpted: the shoulder, body and base follow your design, to the millimetre on the drawing.

Embossed logo and decoration

Your brand, a name, a crest or a pattern engraved in the mould, on every piece, with no label or ink, for the whole life of the container.

Finish and closure

Twist-off, screw thread, crown, finish for natural or synthetic cork: the finish is designed for your closure system.

Capacity and fill level

Usable volume, brim-full volume and fill height calculated for your product, your filler and your regulatory label.

Glass weight and thickness

Lightweighted glass to cut shipped weight and material, or a thick, heavy base for a premium presence on the table.

Compatible with your line

Height, diameter, stability and gripping areas designed for your conveyors, fillers, cappers and labellers.

The process

Five steps, from your idea to your pallets.

You approve each step before the next one. Nothing goes into production without your written approval of the drawing and the samples.

01
Brief

We start from what you have

A sketch, a photo, a sample or a specification. Together we define your product, its filling method (hot, cold, pasteurised), the closure, the labelling and your annual volumes.

02
Design

Technical drawing and 3D model

We draw the dimensioned plan and the 3D model, and check glassmaking feasibility: glass distribution, radii, stability, release from the mould. You approve every dimension before tooling starts.

03
Tooling

Your mould

Your container's mould set (blank mould, blow mould, neck ring and bottom plate) is machined from cast iron from the approved model. Your logo and decoration are engraved into it. The mould is made for you and reserved for your production runs.

Samples

First pieces, trials on your line

The first pieces come off the forming machine. We check dimensions and capacity, then send them to you for trials: filling, capping, labelling. The production run starts only after your approval.

Production

Production and scheduled deliveries

Your container goes into production like a reference from our range: the same checks, a palletisation plan, origin documents and scheduled deliveries to Europe and Africa.

On our machines

Your mould on the machine, your shape in every gob.

Once your mould is fitted on the forming machine, every gob of molten glass takes your shape. The same speed, the same checks and the same consistency as our standard references.

Why produce with us

A producer by your side, two hours' flight away.

Developing an exclusive container takes back-and-forth: a drawing to adjust, a sample to test, a visit to approve the first run. Our production is 48 to 72 hours by sea from Marseille, Valencia, Genoa or Thessaloniki and about two hours' flight from Paris, and your contact is a French company.

  • A single point of contact, from the first sketch to the delivered pallet.
  • Your drawings stay confidential: never shown to another customer, NDA on request.
  • Your mould, your runs: every repeat order uses the same tooling, identically.
  • Constant supply of your exclusive container, planned with your production.

Frequently asked questions

Custom glass, in practice.

What is the minimum quantity for a custom shape?

A dedicated mould makes sense for industrial volumes. The minimum quantity depends on the shape, the container's weight and the number of cavities in the mould: we give it to you at the study stage, together with the tooling cost. For smaller volumes, personalising a model from our range with your logo is often the best option.

How long does it take to get my container?

Lead time depends on the complexity of the shape and the number of approval rounds. With our offer we give you a precise schedule: drawing, mould, samples, first run.

Who owns the mould?

The mould is made for your container and reserved exclusively for your production runs. Ownership and storage terms for the tooling are set out in the offer, before any commitment.

Can you reproduce an existing bottle?

We can start from a sample to define your container's dimensions. A shape or decoration protected by a third party (registered design or trade mark) cannot be copied, however: in that case we help you create a shape of your own.

Do my drawings and project stay confidential?

Yes. Your drawings, samples and project are never shown to other customers, and we sign a non-disclosure agreement if you wish.

Can I simply add my logo to a model from your range?

Yes, it is the fastest way to get a branded container: your logo or name is engraved in a dedicated mould set made from one of our references, and appears in relief on every piece.
