Quality & Logistics
Quality, standards and logistics:
buy with visibility and confidence
In international B2B purchasing, it is rarely the price that derails an operation — it is a missing certificate, a poorly chosen Incoterm, a freight forwarder who fails to follow through, a technical data sheet that does not meet destination customs requirements. CFStream builds each import file as an end-to-end documented project: product selection, quality control, documentation compliant with the country of arrival, negotiated Incoterms, pre-briefed freight forwarder, delivery to the quay. No unpleasant surprises.
A product must be available, fit for purpose, properly documented, delivered under consistent conditions and compliant with the requirements of the market concerned.
CFStream incorporates these dimensions into its analysis in order to give French and European buyers a structured response.

9 sectors, 9 compliance frameworks
Each sector has its own framework: EN 572 / EN 12150 for glass, EN 12878 / NF EN 13300 for paints, EN 12664 for insulation, EN 590 and ISO 4406 for lubricants, ISO 16949 / IATF for automotive parts, REACH / CLP for chemicals, FAMI-QS / GMP+ for animal feed, ISO 13485 for medical products, BRC / IFS for food packaging.
CFStream analyses each request according to its sector, end use, regulatory constraints (EU, individual European national market, specific African market), and the documentation your authorities require on import. A French buyer needs an EUR.1; an Ivorian buyer needs a certificate of origin. We handle it.

Certifications and documents — the actual list
CFStream is the aggregator; the certifications are held by our partner Algerian producers. Depending on the product requested and the destination country, we mobilise the following documents and frameworks — verified and transmitted for every operation:
- ISO 9001 certifications depending on sites and partners
- halal certifications for the food products concerned
- technical data sheets
- compliance documents
- product specifications
- traceability information
- manufacturing standards
- industrial or commercial documents relevant to the purchasing decision
Algeria → Europe & Africa logistics: the flows we operate
CFStream designs the logistics scheme from the quotation stage: ports of loading (Algiers, Oran, Skikda, Annaba), Incoterm (EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP, DDP), packaging (pallet, big bag, 20'/40'/HQ container, flexitank), groupage / FCL, transit time, customs clearance at destination and delivery to the quay. European hubs covered: Marseille, Antwerp, Genoa, Barcelona, Algeciras, Le Havre, Hamburg. African hubs covered: Dakar, Abidjan, Tema, Lagos, Apapa, Douala, Pointe-Noire, Mombasa, Durban. Overland transport by Senegalese and Ivorian carriers for inland delivery.
Fertilisers, urea & animal feed — compliance at the core
Fertilisers, granulated urea N46, NPK and livestock feed require constant attention: content analysis (nitrogen, sulphur, trace elements), ADR classification for transport, phytosanitary certificates, CE / FAMI-QS labelling for compound feed, storage conditions (controlled humidity for urea), and strict compliance with customs regulations — particularly in the ECOWAS and SADC zones.
CFStream compiles the complete file for each operation: certificates of analysis for each batch, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate where required, ADR compliance for road transport and IMDG for sea freight, plus the briefing of the freight forwarder at your destination — from Le Havre to Lagos via Antwerp or Dakar.
