1. Site Publisher

The cfstream.com website (hereinafter the “Site”) is published by CFStream Trading, a simplified joint-stock company (société par actions simplifiée, SAS) with share capital of €40,000.00, whose registered office is located at 5, rue Joseph Marsal, N°103B, 66000 Perpignan, France, registered with the Perpignan Trade and Companies Register under number 913 037 529, intra-Community VAT number FR21913037529 (hereinafter “CFStream”, “we”).

3. Purpose and Acceptance

These Terms of Use set out the rules for accessing and using the Site by any person who visits it (hereinafter the “User”).

4. Access to the Site

The Site is accessible free of charge to any User with Internet access. Access and equipment costs remain the responsibility of the User.

The Site's administration area is strictly reserved for authorised CFStream staff. Any attempt at unauthorised access or at disrupting the operation of the Site is prohibited and may give rise to prosecution, in particular under Articles 323-1 et seq. of the French Criminal Code.

5. Quote Requests

The quote request form allows you to send us a sourcing requirement. The User undertakes to provide accurate information and not to transmit any unlawful content or malicious file.

A quote request is not binding on either party: it constitutes neither an offer nor an order. Any sale is governed by our Terms of Sale and by the offer or written confirmation issued by CFStream.

6. Product Information

The information presented on the Site and in the catalogue (descriptions, characteristics, lead times, packaging, photographs) is provided for information purposes only. Photographs are illustrative and may not represent the exact product. Only the specifications set out in CFStream's written offer or order confirmation are binding on CFStream.

7. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Site — texts, images, photographs, illustrations, logos, graphics, software, structure and layout (hereinafter the “Content”) — are the property of CFStream or of third parties that have granted it a licence, and are protected by intellectual property law.

You may view, download and print the Content for internal, non-commercial use, provided that the ownership notices are retained. Any other reproduction, representation, adaptation, distribution or extraction, in whole or in part, including by automated means (data scraping), is prohibited without CFStream's prior written authorisation.

8. Trademarks

The trademarks and logos displayed on the Site belong to CFStream or to third parties. Any use without the prior written consent of their owner is prohibited.

9. Hyperlinks

The Site may contain links to third-party sites. CFStream exercises no control over these sites and is not responsible for their content or their personal data practices.

10. Liability

CFStream endeavours to ensure the accuracy of the information published and the availability of the Site, but cannot guarantee them. The Site may be interrupted, in particular for maintenance, and its content modified at any time, without notice.

To the extent permitted by law, CFStream shall not be held liable for any indirect damage resulting from the use of the Site or the inability to access it, or from any use of the Site that does not comply with these Terms.

12. Changes to the Terms

CFStream may amend these Terms at any time. The applicable version is the one online at the time of your use of the Site; its update date appears at the top and bottom of this page.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall first seek an amicable solution. Failing that, and subject to the mandatory rules applicable to consumers, any dispute falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within the jurisdiction of Perpignan.
